LEBANESE MAHACHI & MAKING OF VIDEOS

WARAK AARICH or VINE LEAVES
Ingredients:
-vine leaves (fresh or frozen)
stuff
-220 gr minced beef meat
-200gr round rice
-lemon juice, salt, white /grey pepper
-30 gr margarine

Preparation:
mix all ingredients in a boll 
watch the video how to stuff all type of mahachi
once you finish you add all stuffed vine leaves rolls in a round shape in a pot as the cabbage picture shown down below, you add water, salt and margarine.
cover and cook on low temperature for 1hr.
Serving:
Natural yogurt

HOW TO STUFF  WARAK AARICH ROLLS 
 KOUSSA MIHCHI or ZUCCHINI
 
STUFFED GABBADGE ROLLS



Ingredients:
-Gabbadge leaves half cooked in boiled water  and drained
Stuffing:
-220 gr minced beef meat
-200gr round rice
-lemon juice, salt, white pepper /shopped 4 garlic cloves
-30 gr margarine
-50 gr butter
-dry mint
Preparation:
mix all ingredients in a boll 
watch the video how to stuff all type of mahachi rolls 
once you finish you add all stuffed gabbadge leaves rolls in a round shape in a pot as the cabbage picture shown up below, heat in a small pan: garlic, butter, dry mint & put on top add water, salt 
cover and cook on low temperature for 1hr.
