HOW TO STUFF WARAK AARICH ROLLS
KOUSSA MIHCHI or ZUCCHINI

Ingredients:
-Gabbadge leaves half cooked in boiled water and drained
Stuffing:
-220 gr minced beef meat
-200gr round rice
-lemon juice, salt, white pepper /shopped 4 garlic cloves
-30 gr margarine
-50 gr butter
-dry mint
-50 gr butter
-dry mint
Preparation:
mix all ingredients in a boll

once you finish you add all stuffed gabbadge leaves rolls in a round shape in a pot as the cabbage picture shown up below, heat in a small pan: garlic, butter, dry mint & put on top add water, salt
cover and cook on low temperature for 1hr.
