NEW  ideas :Sweet Lebanese Rolls

Rich Lebanese Cream and Sticky Rice Halawa Rolled in an enticing Cheese Dough with a Reedy Layer of Pistachios’ Paste Furtively Veiled in Between 
Festooned with a Fragrant Rose Water Syrup and Candied Orange Flowers

Ingredients for 4 persons:
- 4 Sheets of Cheese Paste (Halawet el Jibn) 12cm x 12cm each
- 100 grams of Pistachio Paste (Pistachios mixed with sugar syrup, rose water and flower water)
- 100 grams of Halawet el Riz
- 100 grams of Lebanese Cream (Kachta)
- 10 grams of Candied Orange Flowers
- 20 grams of Chopped Pistachio Nuts
- 20 ml Rose Water Syrup (Already colored)

Preparation:
- Spread the Pistachio Paste on the Cheese Paste
- Place in the Middle the Cream and the Halawet el Riz
- Roll it Tight
- Cut each Sheet in 4 Equal Pieces
- Decorate with the Pistachio Nuts, the Candied Flowers and the Syrup
